How it works, in order
Six stations, taken one after the other. The order matters: the adults connect after the learner is set up, and each connection has its own rule.
Create an account
Sign up with an email address and a password. Each account has a role, and the role decides which views it can open.
Choose the curriculum
Pick your country, curriculum, year and subjects, and any exams you are aiming for. Docea is built for learners anywhere. Syllabus outlines cover UK GCSE (AQA) and a first set of international curricula, each labelled beta until a subject expert has reviewed it.
Learn
Talk to subject tutors by typing, speaking or photographing a worksheet. Drill for exams untimed or against the clock, follow a daily and weekly plan, and watch mastery build on the skill map.
Bring in the adults
Family members join by invitation. Learners join a teacher's class with a code. A mentor's invite has to be accepted before the mentor can see anything.
Set the rules
Parents choose a daily time limit, quiet hours and safety settings. The limits are checked every time a tutor session starts.
Follow progress
Learners see progress, achievements and what the tutor remembers. Parents use the family dashboard, teachers the class analytics, mentors their goals and notes.
